Shipping:

Your order will be carefully wrapped and boxed and Delivery within the UK will be by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service for a flat fee of £5.00.  Please provide the recipient’s full name and address, email address and phone number.  You will receive an email from Royal Mail with your tracking number and should expect receipt of your parcel within 48 hours.  Postage is usually included for smaller, single item domestic deliveries.

For international shipping please email me at tanya.mccallin@btinternet.com.  All duty charges outside of UK are the responsibility of the buyer.

International customers are advised to get in touch with their local authorities re specific custom or import duties. These charges apply once the parcel reaches its destination country and they are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing of goods through customs.

Returns:

All works are individual and handmade and some may discolour and remain absorbent on dry surfaces.  

Please contact me if you are not happy with your purchase. Details of weight and measurement are available before purchase and therefore not returnable for these reasons alone.   

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and insurance is recommended. Credit or exchange for your purchase will be issued when I receive the item back in it’s original packaging. You will need to provide a photograph of the damage to the box, packing and the item
